All ten islands of the Cape Verde archipelago, over 450km off the coast of Africa, enjoy a dry tropical climate and a constant 20%C, reaching a high of 28º in summer. The group of islands is often compared with the Canary Islands in terms of its rapidly-expanding, tourism-based economy and sharp growth curve on property prices, which are nevertheless still very favourable for buyers from, say, the U.K. market. Cabral Beach is a very picturesque spot on Boa Vista, close to the main town of Sal Rei.

The building standards on these new developments are particularly sound and offer 5-year guarantees. They feature such luxurious materials as lava stone and superior quality wooden window frames and doors.
