The 2nd floor is the reception; it has a restaurant-bar with balcony, a toilette, a big kitchen well equipped a small storeroom and an office.

São Vicente is an obligatory passing point for the tourists who want to go to visit the island of Santo Antão.
The guests usually stay on average 3 nights in the hotel in São Vicente.
With exceptional sea views, a new marina in Mindelo and a new international airport for São Vicente Island in 2007 the hotel business is expected to expand and San Vicente as an island is set to become a major tourist attraction.
