Reservation
Prices in Santa Maria are rising month on month - reserve an apartment now at today’s prices for a deposit of just €2,000. The deposit must be accompanied by a signed ‘Offer to Purchase’ (which will be provided by Absolute Cape Verde). At this stage the apartment will be blocked from sale. Within 10 days, you will need to sign a contract with the vendor and pay 20% of the cost. The remaining sum can then be paid in 4 equal payments over a period of up to 18 months. Clients paying over a short timeframe can become eligible for a discount on the purchase price.

Furnished
All apartments come completely furnished with everything included:
- Full kitchen with all appliances, including all pots, pans, plates, cups and even cutlery
