Boa Vista is an island of sand dunes, long white beaches and crystal clear emerald waters. Although there are many developments planned, there are few properties on the island, and the towns are traditional and quiet. Boa Vista is a beautiful, relaxing island with its 55 kms of beaches - (not bad for an island that only measures around 30 by 30kms!) and is perfect for lazing around, swimming, scuba diving, wind or kite surfing or fishing. The Cape Verde archipelago can be reached by direct flights from the UK, and you can be assured of a warm welcome typical of Cape Verdean hospitality.

Key features of these high quality properties are: Living areas and bedrooms - all ground floors are a combination of quality laminate flooring laid over acoustic insulation and quality limestone or ceramic floor tiles. Patio doors are all of the sliding type, and the main entrance door is a high security type. Kitchen - fitted with both wall and floor units, sink with mixer tap, an oven and a ceramic or gas hob set into a granite or similar worktop, with an extractor hood. Limestone or quality ceramic tiles are fitted to walls and floor. The ceiling permits the fitting of recessed lighting and ventilation. Bathrooms: studio bathrooms are all fitted with four piece suites comprising bath, basin, bidet and toilet, and quality floor and wall tiles. Terraces and balconies - floors are tiled, balustrades are of metal and timber, and recessed wall mounted lighting is supplied. Other Information
